Trials don’t start the clock, and cancellations or restarts don’t reset it. Eligible revenue excludes taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, discounts, and amounts retained by Apple. Payouts are in USD, within 30 days after the month of receipt ends, with no minimum payout threshold.
