To measure whether our ads reached the right people, we may provide Meta with a one-way encrypted (SHA-256 hashed) version of your email or user ID when available, the relevant page or event URL, IP address, browser and device information, and Meta browser or click identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. We do not provide phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, SMS consent status, journal entries, voice recordings, call transcripts, or mood data to advertising partners.

We Never Share

  • Your journal entries or written reflections with any third party
  • Your voice recordings or call transcripts with advertisers or data brokers
  • Your mood ratings, gratitude entries, or emotional check-in data with advertisers
  • Your name, birthday, or other personal details with advertisers in unencrypted form

  • Your mobile number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent status with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes

Text Messaging Data

Text Claire uses your verified mobile number, consent history, SMS content, and delivery metadata to provide conversational journaling messages, replies, account or service notifications, and, when available, automated check-ins or guided prompts you choose to schedule. Text Claire does not use this information to send marketing messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your Text Claire mobile number, SMS opt-in data, or consent status with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We disclose SMS-related data only to providers needed to operate the program, such as messaging platforms, phone carriers, and delivery vendors, or when required by law. These providers may use the information only to provide the messaging service.

SMS travels over carrier networks and is not end-to-end encrypted. You can turn Text Claire off in the app or reply STOP at any time. Reply HELP for help.

Your Rights and Controls

You have the right to:
